Summer Passport

There’s something about summer that makes every little adventure feel magical. Popsicles after the park, ice cream stops, zoo trips, splash pads, mountain towns, and spontaneous detours that somehow become the best memories. But this year, we’re trying something new: Summer Passport.

Instead of buying little toys or stuffy’s everywhere we go, the kids are allowed to pick out one sticker. Before summer started, we each got a big water bottle — sturdy, simple, and ready for adventure — and all summer long we’ll be covering them with stickers from the places we visit and the memories we make.

A quirky museum sticker. A goofy animal from the zoo. A tiny mountain town coffee shop logo. Every sticker tells a story.

By the end of summer, the water bottles become a little scrapbook of our adventures — something the kids can actually use during the school year instead of a pile of forgotten souvenirs shoved in a drawer somewhere. It’s inexpensive, easy to pack, fun for the kids to hunt for, and honestly feels a lot more meaningful than another plastic toy that loses its charm by the next morning.

One souvenir. A hundred memories. And a really fun way to watch summer unfold one sticker at a time.
